These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of SnapGallery’s website, applications, galleries, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
If you use SnapGallery on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and must notify us promptly of any unauthorised access.
You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Services with the involvement and consent of a parent, guardian, or authorised organisation.
2. Your content
You retain ownership of photographs, videos, client information, and other material you upload to SnapGallery (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited licence to host, process, display, and transmit Your Content only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the Services.
You are responsible for having the rights, permissions, and consents needed for Your Content, including permission to share client images and personal information.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the Services to break the law, infringe another person’s rights, distribute harmful code, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with the Services, or upload content that is abusive, deceptive, or unlawful.
We may investigate suspected violations and take reasonable action, including removing content or suspending access where necessary to protect users and the Services.
4. Plans, trials, and payments
Paid plans renew according to the billing interval selected at checkout. Prices and plan entitlements are shown before purchase. A 7-day Pro trial may be available to new accounts and will downgrade to the Free plan if it ends without a paid subscription.
Payments are processed by our payment providers. Unless required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. You may cancel before your next renewal date to prevent future charges.
5. Availability and support
We work to keep SnapGallery available, secure, and improving, but the Services are provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, outages, or events outside our control may affect availability.
We provide support through the channels listed on our website and may update or discontinue parts of the Services with reasonable notice where practical.
6. Termination
You may stop using SnapGallery at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, create risk for others, fail to pay, or use the Services unlawfully.
After termination, we may delete account data according to our retention practices. You should export important content before closing your account.
7. Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SnapGallery is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary losses, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from your use of the Services.
Our total liability for claims relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to SnapGallery for the Services during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, subject to applicable law.
