01Which plan is right for me?
Free is a great way to explore SnapGallery. Starter is for individual photographers who want the core business tools. Pro is our recommended plan for growing photographers, and Studio is designed for teams.
02Can I try Pro before I pay?
Yes. New accounts receive a 7-day Pro trial. When the trial ends, you can subscribe or continue on the Free plan. Your data is kept when the trial ends.
03Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade as your business changes. Your plan entitlements update with your subscription, and we will show any billing changes before you confirm.
04What happens when I reach my storage limit?
Existing galleries and files remain accessible. New uploads pause until you upgrade your plan or add more storage. We do not delete your existing work.
05Is there a yearly discount?
Yes. Yearly billing is available for Starter, Pro, and Studio at $150, $290, and $590 per year respectively.
